1:00 PM | AI, the Job Search and Hiring Practices,
First, the University of Akron Career Services & Student Employment Staff will share tips and tricks on how to write effective prompts and how to use AI responsibly at your institution and in advising students on their job search. Second, a Quinncia Partnership Manager will discuss an AI solution designed to increase and enhance student engagement with career services. He will take a deeper dive into the AI-powered video interviews as they are becoming the new standard, often replacing traditional phone screens. This session will explore how career advisors and educators can best prepare students to succeed in an emerging AI interview format. We’ll cover what makes AI video interviews unique, the key skills students need to demonstrate, and practical strategies you can share to help them approach these interviews with confidence. |
